The Paradigm Collective is a community for Muslims who lead, build and serve others. People who carry responsibility often spend much of their lives giving: to their families, organisations, causes and communities. Paradigm creates a space in which they can be supported in turn. A space to step back, reconnect with Allah, deepen their understanding of themselves, and return to their work with greater clarity and purpose.
Rooted in deep, traditional Islamic teaching, Paradigm brings together teachers, facilitators and peers in a trusted environment for learning, companionship and action.

Our Mission
We believe that every person was created for a reason. None of us has been placed in our particular time, place and circumstances by accident.
We all share a broader purpose: to know and worship Allah, to develop Prophetic character and to live in service to His creation. But each person also has a particular purpose, shaped by their abilities, experiences, relationships and responsibilities.
Paradigm exists to help those who lead and serve others discover and fulfil both.
Through deep traditional Islamic teaching, spiritual practice, reflection and sincere companionship, we help members connect their outward work to the Divine. This allows them to serve with greater wisdom, clarity and intention.
Our aim is not simply to produce more successful leaders. It is to develop people whose inner lives sustain their outward contribution, and whose influence becomes a means of bringing benefit to others.
What We Do
Paradigm creates spaces in which those who serve others can pause, reconnect and grow.
Time away from daily pressures to reconnect with Allah, reflect and restore the balance between outward responsibility and the inner life.
Access to teachers and teachings that connect the Islamic tradition to contemporary questions of leadership, character, relationships and service.
Curated communities in which members can speak honestly, learn from one another and build lasting relationships.
Helping members understand their broader purpose and identify the particular contribution they are equipped to make.
Mentoring, pastoral support and spaces for continued reflection beyond individual programmes.
Supporting members as they develop projects, initiatives and institutions that serve the wider community.
Opportunities for members to contribute their time, knowledge and resources to the needs of others.
Paradigm is more than a course or a series of events. It is an ongoing community built around presence, connection and meaningful change.
Our Members
Paradigm brings together emerging and established Muslim leaders whose work, ideas or responsibilities give them the opportunity to serve others.
Our members come from business, politics, public service, media, civil society, technology, education, the professions and other areas of influence.
Participation is generally by referral or nomination, followed by a conversation with the Paradigm team to ensure that the community is the right fit.

Harun Waheed is a senior technology leader who has held roles at Google, Meta and TikTok. A trainer in spiritual purification and mental health, he has more than 15 years of mentoring experience.
As a coach, mentor and father, Harun helps people align their spiritual commitments with demanding professional lives. His teaching combines practical frameworks with insights rooted in Prophetic wisdom.
Barrister · Chartered Tax Adviser · Executive coach
Majid Hussain is a barrister, Chartered Tax Adviser, executive coach and leadership mentor.
He works at the intersection of spiritual insight and professional excellence, helping people develop emotional mastery, clarity and sound decision-making. He has delivered workshops across five continents and also provides pro bono legal support to disadvantaged people, particularly in sensitive and complex cases.
